Our guarantees

Two guarantees. One for changing your mind, one for doing the work.

We offer two guarantees on Agent J+. One protects you if you change your mind right away. The other protects you if you do all the work and still don't get the result. After the first 48 hours, the 90-day guarantee is the only way to a refund.

1. 48-hour no-questions refund

Join, look around, and if it's not for you, email us within 48 hours of your first payment. We refund it in full. No questions, no form to fill out. This applies to monthly and annual plans. It does not cover renewals.

2. First client in 90 days, or a full refund

We build your revenue system with you, not for you. You tell us what you want to build, and we show you how and unblock you on the weekly live calls. If you do everything below and don't land a paying client within 90 days of joining, we refund what you paid for those 90 days.

To qualify, within your first 90 days you need to:

• Complete 100% of the Agent Operator Roadmap in the Skool classroom (every lesson marked complete)
• Attend at least 2 live sessions every week, live, not the recording
• Get your system running and use it: live, sending from your own accounts, for at least the last 30 days of the 90

What counts as a client: any person or business outside your household who pays you for something you sell. Any amount counts.

How to claim: email support@agent-j-plus.com between day 90 and day 104. Tell us you didn't land a client. We check your Skool progress, attendance and system, and if you qualify we refund within 10 business days. Claiming ends your membership.

Refund amount: monthly plans get back every membership payment made in the 90 days. Annual plans get back the full annual payment.

If you pay through Skool, refunds are issued through Skool.

No guarantee of income or results

We can't promise any specific income or business outcome, and results shown by other members aren't typical or guaranteed. The 90-day guarantee is a refund promise, not a promise of results.

Who it applies to

One guarantee per person. It applies to paid memberships started on or after October 21, 2026. It does not apply to free, comped or bundled seats (including membership that came with a bootcamp), or to bootcamp, DFY or other separately priced services, which have their own terms.
