For teams and operators

Custom remote AI workshops for your team.

Wherever your team is with AI, from “where do we even start” to “we have the tools but no system,” we tailor the workshop to you.

Remote. Built around your team. Your people do the work with us.

Agent-J+ runs custom remote AI workshops for company teams. We tailor the scope to your priorities, train your people on the tools you already use, and step back once your team can run it without us. Sessions are live on Zoom, your team in the room with us. Typical workshops run from one week to one month. John Peslar, Alex Yao, and Balázs Turán deliver.

Skills, working setups, and a way of working with AI.

When the workshop ends, this is what stays inside your company.

01 — People

Trained team that can run it

Your people own the systems after we leave. Not dependent on us, not dependent on a vendor.

02 — Systems

Working setups on your tools

Knowledge bases, automations, internal AI systems — whatever the scope covered. Built during the workshop, by your team, on your stack.

03 — Documentation

Docs your team wrote

Their words, their context, with us guiding. Ready to onboard the next hire without us in the room.

04 — Culture

A shared way of working

The agreements, the norms, the “how we do this here.” AI becomes part of how the team operates, not something a few people poke at.

A ladder. We meet you on whichever rung you are on.

Some teams start at the bottom. Some are partway up. The first conversation tells us where you are.

Rung 1

Getting started with AI

  • AI adoption basics for teams who have not started yet
  • Picking the right tools for your work
  • Licenses, access, and first workflows in place
Rung 2

Internal AI systems and knowledge bases

  • Shared access so the whole team uses the same setup
  • A knowledge base that stays current, not a wiki that goes stale
  • Working agreements: what goes in, what stays out, who owns what
Rung 3

Process and business automation

  • Automating the tasks your team repeats every week
  • Internal business automations across your existing tools
  • Practical wins your team can extend on their own
Rung 4

Specialised systems

  • AI SDR setups, support automation, RAG over your docs
  • Content and marketing pipelines
  • Internal ops automation

Examples. Actual scope is built around your priorities.

We train on what you run.

Whatever you use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, your CRM, your docs, your data warehouse, your help desk, your project tool. We work with it. If you do not have an AI stack yet, we help you pick one as part of the workshop. It belongs to you when we leave.

We do not push you onto our stack.

From first call to your team running it themselves.

Four phases. The first is free. The last one is you, without us.

01
Intro call

Twenty-minute scoping call

You tell us where your team is and what you want them to walk out knowing. We listen, we ask, we tell you straight whether we can help.

02
Planning

Custom plan and proposal

We write the plan: scope, training topics, session format, duration, quote. You review and approve before we touch the calendar.

03
Workshop

Live Zoom sessions, hands-on

Rhythm fits the scope. A one-week intensive runs daily, one to two hours per session. Longer engagements spread sessions across the weeks. The cadence gets agreed during planning.

Your team is in the room with us. We guide, your people do the work. We prepare custom skills and Claude setups in advance and bring them in as the workshop needs them.

04
Handoff

Your team takes it from here

Your team owns the systems, documentation, and working agreements. We step back. You can come back for a follow-up workshop later, but the goal is that you do not need to.

Ready to talk?

Twenty minutes. No pitch deck. We listen, we ask, we tell you straight whether we can help.

Book a 20-min scoping call

Who this is for

Who this is not for

Three things to know before you book.

01

Your team shows up and does the work. We cannot do it for them. We will not pretend to.

02

Pricing is custom. There is no public rate card and there is no discount code.

03

We say no to scopes we do not think will work. If we cannot help, we tell you and point you somewhere else.

Custom per workshop.

Scope depends on team size, training topics, and duration. You get a real quote on the intro call, not a price range to negotiate.

Frequently asked questions

Who from my team needs to be in the room?
The people who will use the system after we leave. Typically a small group: a project lead, the operators who will run the day-to-day, and one decision-maker for sign-off. Bigger teams can attend, but the people doing the work matter most.
What tools do you train on?
Whatever you already use. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, your CRM, your help desk, your docs, your warehouse. If your stack is not set up yet, we help you pick one during the workshop.
What if our team does not have AI tools yet?
The workshop starts at the beginning. We help you pick the tools, get licenses, set up shared access, and run the first workflows. By the end of the engagement your team is using AI properly, not just paying for it.
How long does a typical workshop run?
Most workshops fall between one week and one month, depending on scope. A focused one-week intensive runs daily, one to two hours per Zoom session. Longer engagements spread the sessions across the weeks. We scope the rhythm on the planning call.
What happens after the workshop?
Your team owns the systems, the documentation, and the working agreements. You can come back for follow-up workshops, but the goal is that you do not need to.
How does pricing work?
Custom per engagement. We quote after the intro call, based on team size, scope, and duration. No rate card and no public pricing.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send yours, we sign before the intro call if you want.
Can we run this with a smaller team?
Yes. We have run workshops with teams as small as three people. There is no minimum.

Ready to scope your workshop?

Send us a note. We reply within one business day with a time for the intro call.
